Dark mode
All web pages, computer windows should get the option to switch to a dark mode. I heard it saved 7 persons worth of energy alone when Google search switch to dark mode. Even Apple IOS has allowed this option few days ago. So a SIP could be to inform MS, IBM, AWS and all the other web giants to allow a dark mode and save consumer energy and emissions.
