I am a 16-year-old high school student and I have long wanted to participate in a project counteracting climate change. However, finding the right project is difficult. I believe that a lot of people have brilliant ideas for climate actions. Some of them maybe never even implement their ideas for a lack of people like me who want to help them. Therefore, I want there to be an online job portal for climate actions. On this portal, people with ideas for climate actions shall be able to recruit volunteers who help them carry out their project. Moreover, experts in the fields of the climate actions shall be able to rate the projects and comment on how effective they consider them to be. The self- reinforcing mechanism my SIP triggers is that the more the portal will be used, the more climate actions will be carried out, and hence the more the portal will be used.
